A friend finished Chronicles of Ardis: Concordance and was ready for the next installment, including how many books have been written thus far.
So, here’s where we’re at, and I note that people have heard this spiel many times over the last 8 years. Published back in 2017, the original version (I have to constantly stress this) has been out since that time. A heavily edited and revised version, along with 3 more books, subtitled Reckonings, Convergence, and Dark Winter, were submitted (and even resubmitted) back in 2022 to Battlefield Press before its CEO passed away. They were later resubmitted to the Editor-in-Chief of Battlefield Press, and I’m simply awaiting word.
With that said, a few things. First, the Edited/Revised Version of Book I is NOT out. I repeat, the edited/revised version of Book I is NOT out. You may wonder why I’m restating this, and that’s because even after I tell people there’s a cleaned-up version of Book I submitted, it's automatically assumed that it’s out. It is NOT out. Second, FOUR books have been submitted, I repeat, FOUR books have been submitted. Lastly, Book V, which should have been written by now, is on pause. The prologue is in my head as are the potential characters, but as of right now, it’s paused.
Beyond this, there’s not much else to say. I’ve envisioned an 11-book series, with one published, 4 technically written, and 7 more to go. When I have word, so will you.
