The time has come. I’m launching my new newsletter: Undistracted and with it you’ll receive a full Masterclass to win 2026 as fast as possible. These are exactly the things I’m using myself to make sure I’m making progress every single day. It’s 100% free. The Masterclass will be sent to your inbox immediately. So if you don’t want to wake up next December thinking “why did this damn 2026 fly by so fast?” this is for you. Looking forward to seeing you all win this year. Eli

What are your thoughts on music during work? I usually don’t listen to it in deep work, but I feel like it can actually be good for getting into a flow state. Dopamine is a big part of flow and music can provide that in a natural way. The problem is that the moment I stop the music, it just continues running in my head. My brain simply becomes kind of a radio station. Do you listen to music, some focus sounds, or nothing at all?

You need to have someone to look up to. Most people are average and therefore they think only average things are “realistic.” But if you have someone who actually accomplished what you want to do, then there’s no reason to even think it’s unrealistic. Someone did it. You can do it too. It’s that simple. If someone says it’s unrealistic, this person immediately makes it unrealistic for themselves. Never listen to such people. Listen to the ones who did it.

Never expect perfection. But always work towards it. Look, perfection doesn’t exist. Nothing is perfect. No one is perfect. But that’s actually a good thing. Because when you know that what you’re doing will never be perfect, you don’t have a reason to stop improving. Always improving is the only way to get as close to perfection as possible. That’s the goal.

This habit will make success inevitable: Choose one task that you can do for 10-30 minutes that helps you make progress. Then, whenever you don’t know what to do, do this task. Maybe it’s just listening to an important podcast. Or it’s writing a post. Or sending DMs. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that this time compounds. What would otherwise be wasted by being bored is now the blueprint for growth.

Normal people are lying to you. It’s usually “you need years to do this” “this will take a lot of time” etc. But that’s usually not true. Ask yourself this: “How can I achieve in 6 months what I want to achieve in 10 years?” Even though that’s maybe unrealistic, you’ll get WAY more done than if you’d stick to a realistic schedule. Urgency is a booster. It’s a tool for shortcutting as much as you can.

It doesn’t matter what you do, you can make money with it. Literally 99% of possible business models work. So it’s not about the model but how you stick to it. Would you give up on something you know works? Probably not, if there’s nothing that’s really a lot better. So take responsibility. Figure out what’s the best next step to scale and then do it. Because the biz model is almost never the bottleneck.

Don’t create a routine. First ask yourself whether you even need this routine. I see so many people repeating stuff that doesn’t matter. They just optimize on wasting time. Literally the fastest way to reach your goals is to constantly question your actions. How can you make your work faster? How can you make it better? How can you delete steps? You can easily save 10% of your daily time with this immediately.

I never rewrite my posts. I think. I write. I schedule. That’s it. There’s no review and no overthinking. Maybe my posts aren’t perfect because of this but that’s also not the point. Don’t try to make the posts perfect. Make them AUTHENTIC. Make them real. Ngl most things are just random thoughts that I think are valuable. You don’t need to be an expert writer. You just need to be able to explain your idea to another person so it can help them. Don’t overthink it. Just write.

You are your biggest competition. Or better said, the best possible version of yourself (which you probably aren’t yet). Make this your biggest motivation. Imagine you’d been your best version a year ago. Maybe you’d already be where you want to be. Who knows. At the end, only the present matters. And you’re working against the opportunity cost of what you could have achieved in the last few months. So map out how this best version would look like. And then work as hard as possible every day to become this version.

@Timetivity this is a good point, there are different levels to optimism 1 level is helpful the other is turning a blind eye to everything

Optimism can either make you rich or keep you poor. People say you need to be delusionally optimistic to achieve big things. I agree with that. BUT Many people just procrastinate and hope that money will magically come to them. This kind of optimism doesn’t make sense. You need kind of an objective view on yourself. Yeah, things will turn out positively for you but ONLY if you actually do something and know how to make progress.

@Timetivity Well yes, action paired with optimism makes for success. You can’t meditate your way into your dreams without taking action with the clear calm mind you have created.

@Timetivity That's why you've got to be realistic at exactly what place you're currently in, with skills, mindset, how much you're working...

@Timetivity hard work is table stakes, not the differentiator. the real leverage comes from picking something valuable and then applying effort where it compounds. i’ve seen people work less but move faster because they focused on the right constraint.

I’m sorry to say that you won’t get rich just by working hard. Of course, it’s important, but you need to work hard on • the right thing • in the right way Many 9-5 people are working hard, so why aren’t they rich? Because they’re not working efficiently on something valuable enough. So if you’ve found something valuable, then go all in with full performance. It’s all about producing value in an efficient way.
