Because when everyone states their pronouns, it normalises it. And it doesn't single out the people who really need them. Tell people your pronouns, so that the people it's *really* for, feel comfortable doing it too. Simple, right?

Some #News Nurses in British Columbia to see more than 13% in wage increases over the course of 3yrs (retroactive to April 1, 2022). Also, they are the first in Canada to secure mandated nurse-to-patient ratios. These are steps in the right direction. What is Ontario waiting for?

@xaliuqs_mcg Did your pharmacy tell you it's not covered under plan G? I don't see fentanyl covered under the provincial formulary for Plan G medications, but this guidance document from the BCCSU websites lists Plan G as covering plan with special authority. bccsu.ca/wp-content/upl…

if any health planners or HCPs I’ve got in my network know of ways to get them covered without an employer health plan please let me know. They’re not under plan G at the current guidelines.
