Keir Starmer’s speech was sad to watch. With so many resets, even his reset button needs a reset. But I do not take pleasure in watching the Prime Minister flounder. The country needs leadership, not another speech from a man who clearly knows something has gone badly wrong, but still can't explain why. This is Labour’s real problem. It is not just Starmer - all the pretenders jostling for his job do not have the answers either, because they all believe the same things: more welfare, more state control, more borrowing, more regulation. They are busy arguing over who should drive the car, but the truth is they are all heading in the wrong direction. They have no vision for the future. What we need is to get Britain working again. That is why I have proposed an alternative King’s Speech with a a clear plan to reward effort, cut the cost of government, secure our borders, rebuild industry and back families who do the right thing. If Labour are serious about fixing the country they could do all of this tomorrow. Whether they have the bravery or the common sense to do that is a different matter.

The Golders Green attack is sickening. The Jewish community is being attacked now in a way this country has not seen for decades - perhaps centuries. What is the useless Sadiq Khan doing? What is the government doing? Their apathy is disgraceful.

I wasn’t happy when Clinton, Obama or Biden won, but I didn’t call them fascist/dangerous/threat to democracy. I didn’t hope someone would assassinate them. I went on with my life with gratitude. Friends on the left, please try this. Your life and our country will be better.

Britain is a Christian country. The Conservative Party will always celebrate our Christian heritage with deeds, not just words. This Easter, we want to ensure local churches are properly maintained and repaired so we’re announcing a plan to restore funding for the Listed Places of Worship Grant Scheme which the government has recently placed caps on. Churches matter. They aren’t just important places of worship, in many towns and villages they are the centre of the community and the pride of local people, often steeped in hundreds of years of history. It is critical we maintain them properly, because when they’re gone, this history and heritage could be lost forever. @Conservatives believe we have a responsibility to protect our churches and make sure they endure for future generations.  What are we for if not to conserve the very best of our country and our society for those yet to come? Conservatives will protect our heritage and build a stronger country.

Still on your honeymoon period. Give it time when you can't get time off at work and you have no worker rights, no sick pay, holidays if you're lucky might only be 2 weeks a year. Working long hours and no work life balance which will affect your overall health and stress levels. Bad food loaded with carcelogenic chemicals such as colourings and flavouring enhancers that are banned in Europe because they are dangerous for your health. And then when you do need the healthcare system it can quite possibly leave you bankrupt and even homeless. Has it takes you to the cleaners. But good luck!

We need the Tories back in power. They made mistakes, but they had to deal with a global pandemic and the aftershocks of the start of the Ukraine war. Labour are struggling to govern because of sheer incompetence. Only the Tories can get Britain working again under Kemi.
