Go for comprehensive medical checkup, especially Nigerians in diaspora. Please don’t let anyone pressure to start overworking yourself without taking care of your body, especially when you’re feeling tired. Eat good foods, do some exercise, take your vitamins, and sleep well. Don’t kill yourself while trying to impress those who don’t even care about you. May God make it easy for everyone of us ❤️
