@Seth_Seffis Yeah right now the tech isn't there to completely lean on, but I fear a lot of companies will do that because it's too easy to implement. I have no doubt that styles will be refined instead of the generic stock photo style art we seem to be saturated with right now.

@Timmac I don't enjoy generative AI for a multitude of reasons no one gaf about. But the biggest demerit for me is it having the uncanny valley feel that the earliest generative AI models had. I think that will be one of the biggest challenges Nvidia has to overcome.

I know everyone is pretty up in arms about this. Now I'll be the first to say this looks like dog shit, but the first wheel probably sucked ass too. As a prototype, cool idea, but in practice right now it's definitely not there yet. Hopefully if companies want to use this, they'll have the tools to tweak their art style into the mix so it's not so jarring and fits the mold of their direction.

@TwitchRivals People skewing the story are the problem here. I know you guys are trying to give more perspective on it, but I feel like attention to this isn't worth the time. I found out very quickly that they chose the games they wanted to play, which in the spirit of the holiday is good!

@endearestx I time out the phrase "my stream." I like to relate it to someone coming into my house party and announcing they're having a party next door. It's lame every time, don't let the nice guy angle fool you, they're doing it on purpose.

do NOT enter or leave someone's stream like this! it looks like poorly concealed self-promo (NO hate to this person, they didn't know any better!) while it's well-intentioned, it's really rude to give yourself a shoutout in someone's stream unless they've given you permission!🙏
