🚨🗣️ Roberto De Zerbi addressing concerns from #Tottenham fans with comments made at Marseille: "I have never wanted to downplay the issue of violence against women, or violence against anyone more broadly. In my life I have always stood up for those who are more vulnerable, more fragile. I've consistently fought and taken a stand to be on the side of those who are most at risk. Those of you who know me well, will know I'm not the type of person who makes compromises to win more games or to win an extra title. I'm sorry if this offended anyone's feelings with this subject matter - I have a daughter and I'm very sensitive to these things, and I always have been. I hope that over time people will get to know me better and will understand that at that moment I didn't mean to take a stance.

Jonas Urbig speaking to @Plettigoal • On the possibility of becoming Bayern's #1 after Manuel Neuer: "That's not my decision. What I can influence is bringing the right mindset and quality and then converting that into something, because FC Bayern is a very big club. I feel I've done very well with that approach so far. Always being mentally prepared to be needed and being there to deliver on the pitch. I believe I've succeeded in that so far." The full interview on @SkySportNews at 18:30 CET

Should Manuel Neuer decide to retire at the end of the season, Alexander Nübel would be open to a return to FC Bayern in order to compete with Jonas Urbig for the #1 spot next season. From Nübel's perspective (under contract until 2030), a return would make sense from a sporting perspective, as he believes he has what it takes, and also from a financial perspective, as he earns around €11m gross per year at Bayern, which he wouldn't get elsewhere [@georg_holzner, @kicker]

🚨 José Mourinho on the worst team he coached: “I went to Tottenham Hotspur to win. But you cannot win where winning is not in the culture. They have a beautiful stadium, yes… but football is about trophies, not architecture. Two days before a final, they sacked me. Why? Because it is easier to remove the manager than to change the mentality.”

🚨💣 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄: FIFA is now seriously considering to make the 2030 tournament a 64-team tournament. Discussions are ongoing internally, with the idea gaining traction despite concerns over scheduling and player workload. Nothing is final yet, but momentum is building.

@Lilywhite_Rose Who we all really want! Please De Zerbi

🚨🎙️ Radu Dragusin’s agent also says that RB Leipzig attempted to sign the Romanian in the January transfer window, but nothing materialised. ❌📍 “There was an offer for him in the winter from Leipzig. Now we will see if they try again or not.” According to Florin Manea, the relationship between the two parties remains active. 🤝 @Sport_Witness
