@Timothyhaw59083 @GoodMicWork They should have the HOF as it's separate thing again. It all feels so dull now, last year's was especially embarrassing with wrestlers being caught on camera literally sleeping! All parties involved deserve better.

Bret hates this speech but it's up there with Bobby Heenan as my all-time favorites. I miss when the HOF was like this. This is the type of speech AJ should've had. Hearing the POPS Bret was getting telling these stories was therapeutic for Hitman marks like myself who'd been through hell since 97. Bret had good relationships with Vince, Hulk, and Shawn that all went south for different reasons. You could tell he missed the days of not hating them. Still took him 4 more years to fully come back, but it was nice to hear the bitterness (temporarily) gone from his voice. The Owen stories were the best. Especially that Duggan one.
