@aeolianeth By far my favorite takeaway — removes the emotion, frames long-term perspective and diversifies the approach.

A systematic approach to 'being EARLY': Have predictions about the world, with timelines. Then, look for 'triggers': events that support your prediction. At a certain point, enough triggers == conviction. Go build something.

Multiple prototypes at once. This was surprising to me Founder journeys have big highs and big lows. In the early days, having multiple things on the go can help balance the emotional rollercoaster. In a given moment, you might be bullish on one thing and bearish on the other 🧘‍♂️
