Command line:- used to enter command on top of the O.S e.g bash, tcsh and zsh Kernels:- the brain of the O.S Used to communicate between hardware and application e.g Linux kernel. #Andela

Desktop environment:- Graphical user interface on top of the O.S e.g GNOME, KDE, XFCE and Fluxbox. Filesystem:- Method for storing and organising files in Linux e.g ext3, ext4, FAT, XFS, NTFS, and Brtfs. #andela

Personal Fitness Devices:- Fitbit, Garmin and others use embedded Linux for tracking activities and health metrics. Stock market:- The Linux kernel powers the backend of most stock exchanges and trading platforms due to its stability and performance. #andela

Medical devices: - Many hospitals tools like imaging systems and monitors run on embedded Linux for reliability. Search engines:- Google, Bing and others use Linux-based servers to process billions of search. #andela
