@Uber shame on your customer support. I filed a complaint about a driver having dye on their floor mats which stained the straps on a bag that I just bought and his now ruined, but all I was offered was a $5 credit. 💀 DO BETTER. I'm out $135 now on a ruined bag.

@nprhelp @MorningEdition Hey Morning Edition/NPR Help folks! The app is a day behind with the show (and all things considered). Yesterday it showed Monday’s show. Today it showing yesterday’s. I use the app every morning and listening through the browser on my phone isn’t as easy 😩

@PBCares The latest update on USPS tracking says it was picked up by shipping partner Pitney Bowes on 5/18 in South San Francisco. So you’re telling me that your company cannot account for a package that it picked up?

@tina Unfortunately, we do not have any information on specific packages beyond what is provided in the tracking tool as Pitney Bowes is an intermediary between the merchant and the carrier only. For the quickest resolution to your issue, you will need to contact your Merchant directly

@PitneyBowes How do i find out where my package is that you guys picked up on May 18th according to USPS tracking?!

@boxycharm so confused as to why I keep getting things I’ve said that I want “rarely” on my makeup quiz. I logged in to confirm my answers... and she enough, I rarely want makeup brushes and setting powders, yet received both of these things this month. Super disappointed!!!
