@BillboardChris I find your words extreme and highly irresponsible. You have selected a particular real identity and identified that as “ideology”. There is absolutely no proof that there is some grand plan to influence children’s gender identities. Remember Hitler’s grand plan and the results.

I’m flying across Canada right now en route to Ottawa, where the biggest gender ideology protest and counter-protest in Canadian history is taking place this Friday. Ottawa residents have been sent letters warning of my presence (actually), parents have received emails from their kids’ school, and all the violent Antifa members are getting ready for their social justice Super Bowl. If you wish to PEACEFULLY join us, please do so. I have extra signs. Please do not bring your own. We are tightly controlling the messaging on this. This is about what’s being taught to kids, and what’s happening to them in gender clinics. If you are prone to responding to aggression with aggression, please do not come, or just keep a healthy distance from angry trans activists. Gandhi is the example to strive for. Police will have a significant presence, but who knows if they will do anything to keep the peace. They haven’t done anything to protect me from the mob in the past. The Canadian government and various politically captured organizations pushing this madness on society don’t get to force their gender religion on us anymore. Not without a fight, and we’re never going to stop fighting. This is our country, not theirs. Our children, not theirs. We do not co-parent with the government. Canada is run by extremists, and liars, and we are going to defeat them by calmly spreading the truth. See you at the protest on Friday, and I’ll see Ottawa out on the streets the next three days.

@LeadersGC Hiring processes should always include information about their accommodations policies and meaning. Refer to EE Act, which is now under review to modernize and become more relevant to DEI. Unfortunately, lived experiences, including pregnancy as a potential bias remain.

@LeadersGC .Lots of networks emerging in each department and gov't wide. BLM has helped to raise equity awareness writ large & the creation more diverse networks and more focus on inclusivity vs numbers and distribution. Also, tap into any mentorship programs and establish relationships.
