I was working on common-pool resources governance in my master program, when I already knew #WOW7Ostrom. Coming here and presenting my master thesis is a dream coming true.

I’m delighted to share some exciting news – I’ve received the @APSAtweets Harold D. Lasswell dissertation award for public policy! In my PhD, I showed that NGOs and multinationals catalyze/inhibit gov't leadership in environmental policy.

Any city wanting to expand their metropolitan area and attracting more immigrants need to consider where their incremental water supply comes from and how to address their potential water safety issue.

My conference presentation debut went to @MPSAnet 2023. They said it is nice to see the nice weather in Chicago these days. I would say it is nice to meet you all, my new friends and old friends! You made my first MPSA experience perfect! See you all next time!

Today we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Ostrom Workshop, @IUBloomington. Lin & Vincent Ostrom created a place where apprentices, students, and scholars learn from one another, knowing good research demands a vast array of skills/methods & the importance of collaboration.

So sad to hear the news that Herbert Simon passed away. “The Forest Ranger” is my favorite classic about administrative behaviors. I even wish I could do a research like this one day, using in-depth case study to explore the behaviors of bureaucrats in environmental protection.
