@DVLAgovuk Touts have taken over the system to get licences for absolute incompetent and dangerous drivers on the streets of London. Many (Uber) drivers don't know the road signs or rules and probably dodged the theory test too by paying the touts. Such a shame and scandal.

Brent council enforcement officers are photographing dog walkers. There is no Dog Warden or authority since the whole department was shut in 2015/2016, bc of two crooked wardens and a council officer. No licensing scheme either or authority. #brentcouncil ???? #barnhill
