Tipton NHT held a PACT meeting at @MurrayHallCT this week. We spoke with members of the public about ASB and gave out some home security items.

#ARREST | The driver of this Peugeot decided he would fail to stop for officers. Unfortunately for the driver, we later spotted him driving into a dead end. He was then arrested for driving offences. Was he legally allowed to drive? No, so we seized his vehicle 🫣

Snow Patrol - (not chasing cars) Foot patrol throughout a cold Tipton Green conducted this morning and afternoon in company of our dedicated neighbourhood officer for the area. Some great engagement with the community enjoying the cold. All is well, no sledgers sighted 🛷

#OpSceptre | More patrols have been conducted through Tipton today, focusing on Princes End. Nothing of note during our patrols and we've had a sunny/windy day in the area.🌞

#OpSceptre | We have been in Great Bridge, where we are continuing to target the retail park re ASB and shoplifting. Even though it's a miserable wet day in Tipton, we've been on foot in the town and conducted a weapon sweep through Jubilee Park. Nothing else to report 🫡

#OpSceptre | We spent the day with one of our local primary schools and also conducted patrols and a weapon sweep through Victoria Park. Nothing offensive located and a great day of engagement. Question of the day, asked by a reception student: why is that man [PC Cross] bald?

Sandwell Council have launched the winter coat collection, located at New Road Methodist Church, Mount Street, Tipton, DY4 7DE, where anyone can donate coats for those in need. Drop off any pre-loved, clean winter coats Any Thursday until 30/10/25 from 2pm - 3.45pm
