I can honestly say that after paying $303 just to have the tires mounted on my car and whatever other bullshit charges @TireDiscounters put in there I will do everything needed to go elsewhere. I take some of the blame for not asking.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to @TireDiscounters for 30+ years and every single time I come in they treat me like I’m their best customer. They should honestly give a master class in Customer Service! Thank you to the staff at the Beechmont location for fixing my tire this evening. 🙌🏼❤️

@TireDiscounters Just got back from store #8 for the alignment. What a difference a store makes! Better atmosphere, friendlier, cleaner. I was in/out in less than 1/2 hour. Like night & day. I appreciate your follow up. Thank you.

After waiting 4.5 hours @TireDiscounters put on the wrong tires! Had to wait another 1.5hr for the second set, after being charged $150 more for a lesser grade tire. Why do mechanics feel like they can rip off women?

@TireDiscounters Received a call from the TD that did the work. They were unable to find the paperwork where the alignment had actually been done (probably because it never was) I’m taking it to a different TD location to have it finished properly. If I have any other concerns I’ll let you know.
