Before I play FF8 again today, I gotta ask 💀 Is the card game really as important as people are saying it is? I’ve never won a match out of the three that I did, so I have no idea what the rewards are, but I can’t imagine that the huge reward is behind a card game 😭

@animathias @_SpyDtroid_ You CAN complete the game without it. But it is important if you wanna do more with the game. Hard disagree.

@_SpyDtroid_ Nope, it's not important at all. But if you get a bunch of powerful cards, it becomes really easy to win more, which gets you more cards, which you can use to break the game. You're interacting with the Junction, Draw, and G.F. system, you'll be just fine never touching Triad.
