The actual relationship between Amphoreus and memoria is probably a big example of this Despite this core point being omnipresent ever since the start of the arc 😔 TLDR; Yes, the Amphoreans you save at the end of 3.7 are the same continuous existences as the ones in the sim

I think an issue with live service games is that a looot of people just...forget about parts of the story as time passes even from just one patch to the next It's very noticeable in HSR for example, but games like FFXIV are also not exempt from this

I wonder if one of the reasons why some people were (and some still are) so upset at Ampho's ending, is because they either completely forgot the way it actually works regarding memoria, or simply never understood But this aspect is omnipresent ever since the start of the arc

@melaganish knowledge of the "future" But even without that, memoria has always been an absolute core part of their existences and the genuine form that data + processes take in Amphoreus, due to its very particular environment which is why you've got memoria stuff absolutely EVERYWHERE

@PurpleRedNavi the "reconstruction" of the cosmos isn't even a reconstruction in the literal sense the 'memories', basically the actual continuous existences and consciousnesses ad Cyrene puts it, were saved from the start which allowed for them to be brought back

@PurpleRedNavi Yeah, I see what you mean with the "Ego" stuff, basically the persistence of consciousness which is exactly indeed related to memoria at its core, it's why Cyrene refers to the 'memories' of the cosmos as consciousnesses for example, which is indeed correct
