@hotpriestt I had 4 of these surgeries wore a brace for 13yrs.leading up to them we were recommended I use traction or inversion tables to help straighten my curve, but they were EXPENSIVE. So we used an ironing board on a slant and mom&sis took turns holding my ankles for 30min a day 😂

My little sister got this surgery and after we were discharged and went home there was a tornado warning but she couldn’t really move or bend so we laid her on an ironing board and put her in the closet
