Strange day at T Mobile. Got us on new plan with trade in promotion. Transferred data to new phones, then said we can't get plan b/c their own worker made a mistake, and that we must return phones + pay $100 restocking fee. And it only took us a whole day. @TMobile @TMobileHelp

Hey @TMobile @TMobileHelp , I don’t think you could have bungled US Cellular migration any worse. No warning it was happening, phones that couldn’t connect to data network, horrendous internet connection & speed. 22 year US Cellular customer, likely leaving for ATT if no improvement fast.
