Hey @MayoClinic what's the deal with making patients tell a SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR their name, DOB and address before they are allowed to be transferred to who they are trying/need to speak to? Nothing more than a stupid waste of time..

@phoebetoby Thank you sis ❤️ dr I saw was awesome. Took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all the questions I had, did as much of a neuro exam as she could, helped pick a med that will hopefully help, double checked that its not related to anything im allergic to ect

I just absolutely LOVE when I'm trying to explain my pain levels to a medical "professional" & they keep cutting me off instead of listening to me 😑 Then they tell me I don't need to be rude when I cut them off & ask them to let me finish explaining..

@demywemy @Autistic_Lauren I inherited these 2 from a former landlord when his wife passed. I was the first person he thought of to give them a loving home where they would be spoiled like they deserve. It was just too difficult for him to care for them due to memories and his age.
