@halseyhands1@boa@bota@TheBMA We published a study looking for a consensus amongst surgeons, insurance companies and airlines on flying after arthroplasty. There is pretty much no consensus, advice varies widely and there is weak evidence behind published guidelines.

Vertical ACL reconstruction typically results in non anatomic ACL graft placement. Unfortunately we still see some of these come in, frequently needing revision. Here is an x-ray & corresponding MRI example of such a case.
