I hope tomorrow to restart my running. I’m going to be very sensible how I go about it because I still have extreme fatigue at times but am determined. Had a good day today which has spurred me on. Wish me luck.

During 2020 we recruited 107 people from prison to work in the business. I’m hoping that when we return to business as normal we will be able to double this figure. Thanks to @darrenburns60 for all your help and wise advise.
