+Good Friday+ “Christ became obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. “Because of this, God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every other name.”

(2/2) “In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.’”

+Holy Thursday+ (1/2) “… the Lord Jesus, on the night he was handed over, took bread, and, after he had given thanks, broke it and said, ‘This is my body that is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.’

On the eve of the #holytriduum, I always think of Maundy/Holy Thursday as the celebration of the #LastSupper. Priests washing feet catches me off guard (and probably the recipient parishioners not aware what's about to happen). Christ wants to serve us.

That strange Opening Day, July 31, 2020, when Major League Baseball played 30 home games and 30 road games in the midst of Covid.  It’s good to have a “regular” home opener these 6 years later. Good luck, @Royals ⚾️.
