@ChristinGorman Once you enable a few x-functional teams to start solving problems and deliver value to users, you have moved power around, challenged existing governance, bypassed operational procedures and rendered PMOs and their likes obsolete.

I have to admit, I find it frustrating when I'm asked how to work efficiently with software, and "why are we so far behind others?" etc. Then when I answer, based on real life experience, my views are presented as utopian - or simplistic thinking.

@IONITY_EU What's up with Ionity in Spain? According to this press release from July 2018 we should be looking at up to 100 Ionity charging stations by 2020. Current status is only 5, including 4 stations not yet opened. Any updates you can share...? cepsa.com/en/press/press…
