At Awdry Ex 5, I got to meet Ian Mccue and he comfirmed on why the episode Samson And The Fireworks went from Oliver to Samson! He said it's because the team thought it was out of character for Oliver to be scared with him been a brave engine, so they went to flesh Samson out!

@winwatch98 Honestly, I blame The Trouble With Mud on a poor adaption. The RWS story it was based on, Leaves, had Gordon be taken off the express because he fell in the ditch to avoid a goods train in Off the Rails.

I always found Topham's "usefulness before cleanliness" bit to be really weird. I know there was a water shortage, but wasn't he the same guy who berated Gordon for showing up to work covered in mud?

How are we as a fandom who managed to kick GWR studio out of the fandom (a guy who was just doing good videos,trains videos and nothing else btw) but we can't kick Sodor Production out (a transphobe, homophobe and racist)

@BlurryIsMe_ I did something similar to that in my Alternate Toy Story 2 storyline. Except it was the fact that Woody doesn't believe he should be Andy's toy anymore because he doesn't have his name on his boot.

@izzybelleeeee idk why but I used to have a false memory regarding this movie because of this scene idk where I saw it (if I saw it at all) but I remembered there being a point in this movie where the other toys wouldn't fully trust Woody because his shoe didn't have Andy's name on it
