Do you support Veterans? A few days ago, I published this call (below) for action regarding Veterans Affairs intending to REDUCE Veteran’s DISABILTY payments. The hitch is that practically nobody even read the post much less reposted it or indicated that they were moved to action. Why is this important and what does that have to do with 22 Veteran suicides per day? Of those 22 suicides a day, approximately 5 occurred on VA property. Veterans who came to the VA for HELP, and for whatever reason, they left and then killed themselves in the parking lot. A lot of Veterans depend and live on their disability pay. That’s because most often, those disabilities prohibit being able to be employed. Without disability income, Veterans become homeless, live on the streets. And 22 per day commit suicide. Mitch McConnell wrote an op-ed this weekend complaining about the Pentagon disregarding Congress because weapons allocated for Ukraine haven’t been sent since approval a year ago. And yet, McConnell has no issue with disregarding the 77+ million Americans who for the past year have been overwhelmingly demanding voter ID laws.

I think that he never intended to pass it. He’s just been stalling, waiting for the clock to run out.

Sounds like he’s on really good drugs. Could explain a lot.
