@ToddVercoe Sure...so they don't need to be employees to do that. They can be employers.
Farmers have a strong work ethic...they aren't employees.
I would argue that unless the employee loves the work they do, they probably aren't working very hard at the job.

Because we should force them to downsize into condos so young people can actually buy single family homes for their families. People without families should not live in single family homes.

Seniors should not be priced out of a house they already paid for because the area around them got more expensive. They didnโt suddenly get richer because Zillow says the house is worth more. Most of them are living on fixed income, paying higher insurance, higher utilities, higher groceries, and then the tax bill shows up like they somehow got a raise. People can argue all day about how to fund schools and services, and that part does matter. But making older homeowners keep rebuying the same house every year through property taxes is exactly why so many people feel like ownership is never really ownership.

Most entrepreneur work double the hours of their staff, at least in the beginning.

I'm definitely looking at the end goal.
Work ethic as a worthy skill, but not the end goal for most people. Why dig a mine with shovel and pick when better more efficient equipment is available?
So the end goal is for my kids to be the builders of their own lives. Often that will require them to work for someone else...but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have a broader goal in mind.
