The Kingdom is at hand means this: you don’t bring Jesus somewhere. He’s already there. But you might be the one who reveals Him. Think about that. You might be the one who reveals Him. That telemarketer. That cashier. That coworker. That family member who frustrates you. You might be the encounter they’ve been waiting for. Not because you’re impressive. But because you’re surrendered.

You are a vessel. An earthly vessel. Fragile? Maybe. Imperfect? Sure. But filled with the presence of God. And when you know you’re filled, you stop striving.

When you know how loved you are, you don’t walk into rooms looking for validation. You walk in looking for someone to love.

You don’t need a microphone to release the Kingdom of Heaven. You don’t need a title. You don’t need permission from people. You only need union with the Father. That’s it.

Don’t slip into religion. Don’t slip into performance. Because religion performs. But relationship overflows.

Sharing Jesus with people should be the most amazing thing ever because it’s the best encounter they don’t know they’re looking for!

We’ve made Christianity about gifting. But Heaven made it about surrender. Jesus didn’t say, “The gifted are at hand.” He said, “The kingdom is at hand.”

And you and I are earthly vessels that God wants to partner with to express Himself. It doesn’t matter how amazing you are. It doesn’t matter if you can sing. It doesn’t matter if you can preach. It doesn’t matter if you have a platform. What matters is that you can be loved. Because when you can be loved, you can be yielded. And when you’re yielded, the King has dominion through you.

Jesus announced the Kingdom. He didn’t announce a religion. He didn’t announce a denomination. He didn’t announce behavior modification. He said, “The kingdom is at hand.” The Kingdom means the dominion of the King. That means wherever the King has dominion, that’s where His rule is active. That’s where His nature is revealed. That’s where His heart is expressed.

When you know the Father is for you, never against you, that He’s not a religious old man with a stick waiting for you to mess up — but the lover of your soul who so loved the world that He gave His only Son — something shifts within you. You stop surviving. You start living. And abundant life becomes normal.

We don’t live by feelings. If feelings have to precede faith or how your walk with Christ goes, you’re in trouble. If everything has to line up for you to have joy, the enemy will keep rearranging your circumstances. But if faith precedes feelings, joy becomes steady.

Joy is knowing you’re connected to the Father and He wants to love someone through you. The thief hates that. Because when you live in joy, you’re absolutely dangerous to the kingdom of darkness. You’re not easily offended. You’re not easily discouraged. You’re not easily shaken. Joy doesn’t mean you don’t go through fire. It means the fire doesn’t consume you.

Satan wants to steal your joy and steal your love. If he can get you offended, he wins ground. If he can get you discouraged, he wins ground. If he can get you introspective and self-focused, he wins ground.

You are loved. Fully. Completely. Without reservation. Not because you performed. Not because you behaved. But because He chose you. 🙌

You can’t offend a dead man. And if you’re dead to yourself and alive to Christ (Romans 6:11), then what can really hurt you? Jesus was betrayed by one of His own. Denied by one of His closest. Abandoned by almost everyone. Crucified publicly. Mocked openly. And He said, “Father, forgive them.” That’s not weakness. That’s the strongest inner man that has ever walked the earth.

If you heard a word that’s not edification, encouragement, and building you up, it didn’t come from Him. The Father is not trying to manage you. He’s trying to father you. And fathering means identity. The problem is that a lot of us learned what a father is (or isn’t) from broken men.

If someone rejects you, it doesn’t mean you’re rejectable. If someone betrays you, it doesn’t mean you’re betrayable. If someone walks out on you, it doesn’t mean you’re not worth staying for.

The altar isn’t a place of condemnation. It’s a place of encounter. And encounter changes everything. You don’t need to fix yourself to come to Him. You come to Him and He fixes what you never could. That’s the gospel. That’s the invitation. And it’s always now.

We will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:10, Romans 14:10-12). That’s not a threat — it’s truth. And for believers, it’s not about punishment. It’s about reward. It’s about love. I don’t want to stand before Him with regret. I don’t want to say, “I knew better.” I want to say, “I gave You everything I had.”

I don’t want to get to the end of life and realize I lived distracted. I don’t want to stand before Him and realize I was casual with something He was serious about. Not because He’s harsh — but because He’s worthy. Living ready doesn’t mean living stressed. It means surrendered. It means I’m not pushing things off. I’m not saying “later.” I’m saying “yes” now. Because love responds now (2 Corinthians 6:2).
