I I can assure you, none of these people, can read a ride above a fourth grade level. None of them will be employable. None of them have two parents who care about them in a household. They don't even have one parent in the household who cares about them. None of them have a sense of self worth. This is a generation raised on the streets with no morals. There is no cure for them.
