Running back the 75 day hard 🟢📈
Here was my results from when I did it almost 2 years ago to prepare for a bodybuilding show.
Went from 210 - 170 lbs. during this time.
Learned a lot last time and I’m going to apply it this time!
Right now I’m about 195 lbs. and I want to get back to 170 - 175 lbs.
