Hi folks, next week I'll have to show my new company website project to our CEO, before that I'd like to collect some valuable feedbacks from professionals out there:
anything you think might be improved/fixed/...

The future of programming seems to be hitting a split with two types of programmers:
On one hand you'll have the "classically trained" swe, the guy that did a bachelor and masters in CS/math at Stanford, codeforces, IOI. More theoretical knowledge, cruises through job interviews, deep in in the weeds, longer path to learning, a bit more rigid.
On the other hand you'll have the "self taught" crowd, like a great musician who couldn't ever read sheet music. This would be more like the levels io crowd - never did a leetcode problem, but doesn't need to, he has Claude. Won't rewrite his server in c because he's focused on customers and making money. Gaps in knowledge are there but he works around. Much more business focused.
Most people will be somewhere in the middle - sit for a few minutes and think about which side you lean towards, and how you can use that to your advantage.
Are you into one of these jobs!

Say hi! 👋
It's wild how you can look at a thing a developer designed and instantly know a developer designed it. It's like you all got together and agreed on how to make things look ugly af but in a very specific way.
