Kedar was a known Arabian tribe, but Isaiah frequently refs multiple regions (deserts, islands etc) to describe global scope, not to single out one future prophet. Selecting one place name and building a whole doctrine on it is cherry-picking.

Jesus didn't come to abolish or replace it with a new legal code, but to magnify it, meaning He revealed its deep, spiritual requirements.
