The Holman Barnes Group has been in advanced talks with Queens Park Rangers, who are the favourites to land the Mariners licence. No deal has officially been clinched yet, but QPR has been exploring the option of having a local partner to co-invest in the Central Coast if successful with their pitch. While the deal is yet to be ratified, it’s understood a key component of any agreement would be the pathways the Holman Barnes Group could provide through its ownership of NPL club Wests Apia.
