@Mr_JAGs What most dont see is the glaring implosion that will happen within the APC. They dont have anyone with asiwajus magnanimity in that coalition. Moreover, most are planning for 2031 and not even 2027. The greatest loser will be Obi. That I know.

Don’t applaud Gov Otti in Abia, then call Gov Bago in Niger or Adeleke in Osun a failure. You won’t live in Abia, but you scream bad about governance Lagos. Be objective in your assessments. Every admin has its issues or successes & none can ever be perfect. I applaud Gov Otti’s accomplishments thus far, but quit making saints out of any elected official. They are public servants!

@zadokzibar @akintollgate And when such attitudes are displayed by Edo youths when protecting their governor, you guys say they are jobless but it's a yardstick of good governance in Abia? We all know what we are doing...

@OgbeniDipo Doc, e se mi gan o! This guy's hypocrisy has been there from the very outset! Even that unfortunate one with a comb on his bald head made it more visible. Doc, you should have known what those guys were doing from that time na. T'was a transparent display, 1 could see thru them.

It took so long to discover the hypocrisy and bigotry of Governor Amuneke. First, it was skits wearing agbada, the prestigious traditional Yoruba attire. Then, the criticism of Governors and leaders outside his own region. How is he REPEATEDLY praising Governor Alex Otti while trashing Governor Sanwo-Olu and Governor Dapo Abiodun who both have more projects to showcase? Then, make it make sense - that same person is very critical of Sowore who criticised Otti. Yesterday it was revealed that he had trashed Yoruba women by claiming that they spread infection. A blatant falsehood and stereotype he is yet to apologise for. The pattern has been clearly established. I cannot unsee it anymore.

ISWAP’s battlefield ledger turns bad debt as borrowers fail to survive Malam Fatori assault On the outskirts of Malam Fatori, after the guns had fallen silent and the dust of battle settled, troops of Operation Hadin Kai stumbled on something unexpected — not just weapons or abandoned motorcycles, but a carefully kept “operational notebook” belonging to fighters of the Islamic State West Africa Province. It had everything: names of fighters, records of rifles issued, motorcycles signed out like company property, all neatly documented. The names of fighters who took loans were written in the note.

“I Deposited N550 Million at First Bank Abiriba Branch to Keep It in My Community”—Businessman Dr. Agbai Eke Agbai Renowned businessman Dr. Agbai Eke Agbai has revealed that he deposited N550 million into a fixed deposit account at First Bank’s Abiriba branch in response to an appeal by the bank’s former Group Managing Director. His intention was to ensure that the branch remained operational in his community. “I deposited that money into a fixed deposit account, with a certificate issued to me by First Bank, based on an appeal from the former Group Managing Director. This was done to prevent the bank from being removed from Abiriba,” he stated. However, upon his return to Nigeria, Dr. Agbai was met with an alarming discovery. “I went to First Bank in Abuja to make a withdrawal, only to find out that N55 million had been withdrawn from my account by bank officials. They claimed that I personally made the withdrawals at their Uzuakoli Road branch in Umuahia, but at that time, I was not even in the country,” he explained. Following an internal review, bank officials admitted to the unauthorized withdrawal and refunded the money. However, this incident raised serious concerns for Dr. Agbai, prompting him to take action. “That was when I started sensing trouble. When I officially requested to close my fixed deposit account, I was shocked to be informed that my N550 million was nowhere to be found,” he revealed. Copied!

Publish the data. Where is the N30 trillion? Does Nigeria look like a country where that kind of money was spent? He was in the Senate when Buhari was printing money, why didn’t he and his colleagues stop it? Where is the evidence he objected? This sounds like another cover-up for the National Assembly’s negligence.

“Buhari printed ₦30 trillion. So you want Tinubu to do magic to replace that ₦30 trillion? When Bola Tinubu came in, I told him, 'Sir, let us publish the data that we're inheriting,' but people said, 'Because we're in the same political party, it will cause some distractions.' Bola Tinubu met just 0.5% cash-to-GDP.” -Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim, speaking on Nigeria's economic balance. #PoliticsToday

@channelstv After tinubu, someone else will standup and claim XYZ. Nigerians just love stories. Institutions that should work and expose all these things are doing what exactly? Why do we need a senator to expose what they inherited from a government they managed?

@channelstv Wrong person to conduct this interviews is Seun who doesn’t hold his own ground on this issues. You need to be vast and versatile to accurately ask the questions that will highlight their obvious lies. The man is obviously lying but what can a Seun do?🤷🏽‍♂️🥲

Today, I had the honour of being sworn in as Minister of State for Finance of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I am sincerely grateful to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for the trust and confidence placed in me, and to the Senate for confirming my nomination. This appointment is not merely a personal milestone; it is a call to greater service. Nigeria faces important fiscal challenges, but also immense opportunities. The decisions we make in public finance today will shape the prosperity, stability, and well-being of our country for generations to come. In my new role, I will focus on supporting efforts to strengthen revenue mobilisation, promote fiscal discipline, and ensure that public resources translate into real improvements in the lives of Nigerians. I look forward to working more closely with the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, colleagues across government, the National Assembly, private sector, and development partners to advance the mission of financing Nigeria for sustainable development. Public service demands integrity, humility, and dedication. I step into this responsibility with a deep sense of duty and commitment to Nigeria and the Nigerian people. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along this journey. I will be counting on your continued support. The work begins. God bless Nigeria. #MinistryofFinance #FiscalReform #Nigeria #SustainableDevelopment

@Big_marvis Peter Akah is volume without value. He performs politics like spoken word, reciting names, dates and stats as proof of depth. It sounds impressive until you look closer. Strip away the rhythm and the substance is startlingly thin.

Everybody around Peter Obi looks intellectually shallow. Aisha Yesufu is only “intelligent” when she keeps quiet and makes gestures like someone who should have stayed mute from the beginning. Peter Akah is intelligent only when you give him a script to cram; once you try to engage him in real-time intellectual conversation that requires creativity, his brain seems to go on emergency shutdown. The Edo lady who said Peter Obi can defeat Jesus in an election is the living definition of extreme political delusion and emotional exaggeration. So you shouldn’t be shocked that their principal reportedly went to seek advice from someone people describe as mentally unstable, because it appears he is determined to lead the self-proclaimed dullness movement by example.
