Proteomics of cancer spheroids reveals downregulation of mitotic kinesins (KIF11, KIF4A), spindle checkpoint proteins, and APC/C, uncovering both shared and cell line-specific rewiring of mitosis in 3D and linking proteome state to spindle architecture.
