Student loans are slavery.
I have a friend who has a masters in business and her student loans are currently at $164,000.
The HR job she was at paid a measly $15/hr!
She only pays $100/month on the loan and with 8% interest, the debt increases by $800 per month!
At the rate she’s going, in 30 years she’ll be 68 and the debt will be $1.447 million.

@JoshuaBarzon Grow your children in a town with depleted motivation and low paying skillless jobs. Moving your family to a Midwest farmland boofoo is a beta move.

@BigKidDinner You must have been bitching and complaining about everything. I would kick you out too. You’re a guest. Not the main star of the show. Stfu you pussy

@CryptoSooners @GovPritzker So you’re anti Pritzker? I apologies and did not mean to offend. 🙏🏼
English

I am saying it is stupid that IL will not meet the Bears asks. Pritzker is claiming that doing so would harm the IL taxpayer and therefore he wont accept it. Pritzker is incorrect and I am asking what his logic is. The Bears would be stupid not to accept Indiana's offer, given IL's unwillingness to negotiate. Read my response again buddy

@CryptoSooners @GovPritzker Do you know how basic economy works? Stadium promotes jobs and affects the neighboring local businesses, transport systems, literally everything around it. You leave the state, you’re taking money out of the community you dumb ass stupid fuck
English

@GovPritzker I dont see how taxpayers are being harmed. The Bears would fully pay for the stadium but want a property tax cap. That doesnt cut any existing revenue. The ~$800M infra cost is small vs the $50B+ infra bill you passed last year. Genuine question, how are tax payers being harmed?

@brianknotts @ZeroChillSports @ChicagoBears lol you wouldn’t walk there. 😬 Rough towns, industrial, poverty…walk there have fun
English

@ZeroChillSports @ChicagoBears Hammond is literally next to Chicago. Like you can walk from one side of the street to the other to go between them.

@Deepaklawde For a culture that will literally kill you for being gay, these dude sure look pretty fucking gay.

@DebtSlaveUSA @theficouple Dude you know in the 80s interest rates peaked at 18%? If you’re going to wait 10 years for a hopeful 1-2% drop in interest rates you’re an absolute clown 😂😂🤡🤡
English

@theficouple Interest rates are 7% for most people rn. You end up paying over a million dollars for a half million dollar home. Why would anyone do this? Especially with the number of boomers passing away in the next decade and the housing supply increasing while the demand decreases…

@JomboyMedia @USATODAY The pitcher was suspended for 5 years also, hes 12 atm.
Unless he goes to another league this will ruin any baseball future he was looking at.
English

An Oklahoma youth baseball coach has received a lifetime suspension for allegedly instructing his 12-year-old son, the team's pitcher, to throw at the opposing dugout, per @USATODAY

@JoannMorri37324 @ClownWorld You sound like a lib. Blaming someone else. Never being accountable for own actions
English

@ClownWorld That is the airlines fault . It should be a requirement that people remain seated until the door is open and they must exit row by row !!! A lot of these issues could be settled with common sense
English

@ManvsMater @MatrixMysteries Trust me they’re not thinking about much
English

@MatrixMysteries It amazes me that people like this could look at their savings account and say “4% interest is too low. My money won’t grow fast enough” and then look at a loan and say “13.5% seems fine”
English

@chasedownleads @RAHarrisonPA 12,000 businesses and enough time to spread bullshit on Twitter hahaha cmon man
English

@RAHarrisonPA I own 12,000 businesses. I think I know what I’m doing.

This is an insane wealth hack
My friend bought a house and got a 9% mortgage
Seems high, I said
Yep- and he actually asked for a higher rate, he told me
Insane. Why?
Because here's what most people don't know:
His mortgage payment is $1,100 a month
But he pays $5,000
The lender is legally required to give him a 9% return on any money he overpays on his mortgage
He's planning to overpay $100k on his mortgage this year and make a free $9,000
When most high yield savings accounts are only paying 3%
This is such a genius passive income hack

@MatrixMysteries Cut your hair and get rid of the tattoos. Appearance says a lot during interviews. Read the room bud

@TheSaltyLobstah @funnyandfabss Sounds like collectible sports/pokemon cards. Let them have fun you loser
English

@funnyandfabss Wait, so I can invent a bullshit product that cost cents to manufacture, falsely create a market of rarity by only making a “few” with special glitter, people will spend 1800% markup to get the special glitter one, and then I get massive amounts of free marketing?
Sign me up.
