@Victorianplumb can you help. We ordered a basin with you 3 weeks ago and still hasn't turned up. No option to call you, and still haven't replied to our email from over a week ago!

@Asbestossurvey_ completely useless! Reports in 24 hrs?? They lost our sample in November, still haven't given refund. Was emailing and told to raise a support ticket online to get a reply. Did this 3 weeks ago and no reply! DO NOT USE - no customer service

@myhermes not happy with service at all. Paid for next day collection with following day delivery. Told on chat you cannot then do this!

@PANDORA_UK my order number was PNDUK01545631. It arrived Xmas eve. I would like a refund of the deliver charge as it took 4 days to come.
