Thanks to an incredibly generous (& scandalous) tax system, the UK covers 91.4% of the cost of developing new fields like Rosebank. That means Equinor is set to get £3.75bn in tax breaks if Rosebank is approved. We're wasting billions subsidising oil giants to wreck the planet.
