@maroonajambo Agreed. Flaw in the strategy is always down to a players temperament. Duk was outstanding in his first season, took the huff in the second, and has now gone AWOL. Sad to see. Last outstanding player to do the same was Sone Aluko who never fulfilled his potential.

@TomColford It’s a really good strategy for clubs our size to employ, but there’s an element of risk that can hurt you. I think the laddie Duk is a case in point for you just now
