@RoseG42302460 @PolitlcsUK Because the UK public doesn’t decide the act we send to Eurovision, a committee does. If we had the choice, we would actually pick an act suitable for Eurovision. Because those that watch Eurovision know what works.

But my biggest gripe is that we in the UK public should be allowed to choose our act we send to Eurovision, not a committee in the industry. Every other country does it and gets big points, and we got only 1 last night. Big changes needed.

A quick recap about #Eurovision last night. Congratulations to Bulgaria, a deserving winner. Israel once again showing they can deliver a top quality performance when it matters. Gutted Finland came sixth. A clear bookies favourite and a great song. Was sure it would win!

Boycott Eurovision

@BellaWallerstei Towton is just south of the City. You need to visit the battlefield. It’s enigmatic, and strangely quiet. And also haunted. People have reported seeing shadowy figures running across the battlefield. And myself and @JackWills28 have seen such figures.

These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities. People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future. I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.
