After getting a ridiculous 8 steals against Portland, Kelly Oubre has now averaged 1.8 steals over the last 17 games. He's been killing it on defense lately.

Kelly Oubre has really ramped up his steals lately. First 13 games: 0.8 steals Last 13 games: 1.6 steals He's doing a good job on the ball and proactively breaking up plays as a help defender.

Kelly Oubre has averaged 6.9 rebounds over the last 12 games. He also has a career-high average of 1.7 offensive rebounds per game this season. He's attacking the glass really well this year.

Kelly Oubre has been much more efficient from 3-10 feet out so far this season -- he's making 45.2% of these shots compared to 35.6% last season. He's done a good job picking his spots, not forcing things too much, and scoring through traffic when needed.

Kelly Oubre Jr. has been a strong finisher in all areas this year (66.3% shooting within 3 feet), and especially the last few weeks. His cuts, transition play, drives and put-backs have all been effective.

Kelly Oubre Jr. has generally been awesome lately, and his passing has been good too. He's making some nice reads out of his drives, setting guys up for easy finishes under the rim, and making some good quick reads as a screener/roller too.

Per Sixers, Joel Embiid (right sinus fracture) remains out and will be re-evaluated in approximately one week.

This season is really doing all it can to make me want to stop following the Sixers.

Adem Bona had such a good mix of blocks in Summer League -- he averaged 2.4 in 21 minutes per game. From singlehandedly shutting down pick-and-rolls, to getting back in transition and making great rotations under the basket, he did a bit of everything.

Looks like the Sixers are getting that end-of-bench 4! Good for Yabusele after his play in the Olympics.
