@ukpassportcheck Not sure if I made a fatal error in booking the appointment in his name rather than mine or whether their language is just inaccurate/ it's just the form on the day that counts!

@ukpassportcheck Is that an issue? Is it ok if the meeting is in his name even though I am attending and applying on his behalf? All paperwork will be right so hoping the name on the meeting is not at issue! Wdyt? Should I / can I edit appointment to be my name?

@ukpassportcheck Thanks for that. As long as the new booking will work, despite the other one being in place, I'll be happy. Would rather lose the money on the first booking than the entire holiday!

@TomWoodnutt You can book another, but big warning, it's hard to cancel and get a refund from what I've heard. Just wanted to give you the heads up.

@ukpassportcheck Thanks again ! I already have a booking for child fast track. But it's cutting it fine (arrives one day before departure). Do you know if I can still try to book a sooner one that is nearer, and then cancel the first one afterwards? Ie Is it possible to have 2 at once?

@ukpassportcheck Just got a fast track appointment 5hrs away in Durham for the 11th AUG so it should arrive on the 18th and flights are the 19th! Does the 1 week promise seem accurate from what you've seen - If forms are right? Thanks for your service it really helped. I'm donating now

@TomWoodnutt It's a hard one to answer. I think you have to have your mind set and comfortable with the first booking just in case a sooner one doesn't come up.

@ukpassportcheck Thank you! It's for a child so I need the FT rather than Premium. I fly on 19th (in theory) - do you think it's best to get whatever appointment I can (up to the 11th). And then keep trying for one sooner and reschedule at that point?

@TomWoodnutt It’s really hard to do that with premium - to cancel or move an appointment. It’s easier with Fast Track to move an appointment (still hard to cancel)
