We found that without ClpP MM cells: 🛢️ do not produce enough polyamines, an oil for the cancer engine, and thus stop growing 🦠release mitochondrial DNA that is recognized as "bacterial" by cGAS-STING 🔥release immunogenic signals that boost anti-MM immunity
