@dokushokun @Altret_KnW @zombies_cleaner I think there are some instances where we disregard copyright, like in the case of college textbooks. The publishing lobbyists in our government have made far overreaches that harm the consumer, while barely benefiting the authors. It's a corrupt network in the west.

@YorubaCowboy @ostonox The difference is that those drivers had the choice as to whether or not they were getting in the car, and the cars are not sentient creatures. Horses don't have a choice in being born into the sport. They have no consent, and end up dying early because of it more often than not.

It's a sporting event that doesn't care about the livelihoods of the animals. Only money.
