@Tomkatf14 @JakeAsman Dart does have every right not to care. No argument there. Carter simply tweeted in disappointment or confusion. He’s not the one up on a stage. You don’t get on a stage if you don’t want people to notice what you’re doing. All criticism of Dart was invited by him.

Abdul Carter should have messaged Dart privately if he had an issue with Dart doing this. So dumb to publicly call out a teammate.

Well, that’s what happens when you add the two best BIG 12 teams (who are YoY better than most of the BIG 10 teams) to the best, hardest, and most physical conference in cfb. Adding Texas and OU to the SEC and then adding a 9th con game was the worst thing to happen imo as it just made the SEC deeper and way more difficult. The BIG, ACC, & ND (excluding Ohio & Michigan who are more like SEC teams) play a joke of a reg season schedule. They essentially get an entire regular season to practice and the backups get way more playing opportunity, so they cakewalk into the playoffs, healthy, and finally ready to play some real competition. Meanwhile, the SEC (Ohio & Michigan) play a gauntlet of a schedule, resulting in half the starters being down by the end of the regular season and the other half playing through gnarly injuries. Freshmen and backups who haven’t played much of any relevant snaps are having to come in and start. So the ones who do make the playoffs have a massive disadvantage compared to the BIG, ACC, & ND. I’m sorry but if you can’t understand this then your either just being ignorwnt on purpose bc you’ve been conditioned to not like the SEC, Ohio, or Michigan or your team has clearly never played in such a physical conference so you wouldn’t understand. It’s diff playing 1 game per year against a SEC team vs playing Bama, Texas, Tennessee, Florida back to back in a 4 game stretch. I’d give anything for Indiana, Oregon, Texas Tech, and USC to have to play a SEC schedule that also includes Ohio State, Michigan, Miami, Clemson, etc just so they could understand. It’s a total difference in physicality and playing at SEC stadiums in 100+ degree weather at 11am or 2pm on a Saturday.

The SEC went from having an advantage from being battle-tested to having a disadvantage from beating each other up. That happened fast.
