Andrew Dillon is en route to Mumbai. He says the trip is primarily about growing Australian football at grassroots level in India - where it is currently played in 11 states - while also meeting with international broadcasters and working on engaging better with the Indian diaspora in Melbourne. He hasn’t ruled out a game in India down the track - but it’s not an immediate priority. He says Richmond and GWS are the teams that have expressed interest in being involved with India in the future. He speaks to @7NewsMelbourne tonight.
