Theres 2 reasons on why this was added post launch
1. It was intentional and meant to surprise us or something

If we look at MUI Goku (current manga), he rivals the Gods let alone anything normal in the verse. Could he take out the omni king? No. Angels and below? Most likely.

I think it’s kinda weird to refer to Ralsei with she/her pronouns, sure if he does end up being trans it’s fine but he’s not confirmed in any way, he’s feminine and cross dresses at times but that doesn’t necessarily make him trans and I just think it’s weird to act like he is

@kerminja @Pageturner31 @Back2Batk I do get that but I also think that having mostly if not only new pokemon available before post game encourages the player to think a bit more about their options and expand their pallet of pokemon by making them have to work with these new unfamiliar pokemon
