@takethat Please deal with the access tickets…it’s disgusting expecting those with access needs to stay on hold (some who are BSL users) for hours…@ManCity apparently only have 4 people dealing with the calls…ridiculous

@ManCity on hold for 2 hours to be cut off. Can’t book BSL access seats online as the allocated block for BSL has not been available since 9.30…ironic that I’m stuck on hold on the phone trying to get tickets for a deaf fan…#dobetter @takethat @GaryBarlow

@gigsandtours Thanks for the reply I’ve emailed them repeatedly in the last few days and been on hold since 9.35. All they had to do was stipulate which block and seats we need to book for our need eg BSL/wheelchair user etc.

@ToniMarland Hi Toni, the venue are managing all accessible tickets via their phoneline: 0161 444 1894 where you can discuss BSL and any additional requirements you may have. Thanks ^P
