@TonikBank that’s what I did but after few days they were asking for valid IDs which I already sent out and asked me to wait again for another week such as waste of time for reopening an account with no activity

@TonikBank its useless to follow for a request made few weeks back cause now they told me they never received my ID and had to redo everything again. Not a good impression for a neo digital bank

@jhaycee14 Since your concern is account re-opening, contact our CC team via Tonik In-App chat instead of hotline. Just click on the blurb with the question mark on the upper right-hand corner of the login page. The verification takes 1-2 weeks. But we'll do our best to prioritize it.

@TonikBank Would this resolve my issue immediately or would just create a ticket and would ask to wait for a week? i just need to reopen my account that was closed without any activity
